International Women’s Day Exhibition, Mono - March 2025

  • Organising and co creating the month long exhibition under the theme ‘Accelerating Action’ - This included selecting and compiling work from 24 different artists and curating the space to be effective and on theme. On the opening night we also included spoken word performances. For the exhibition I painted an iconographic portrait of Gisèle Pelicot in the shape of a mirror with a silver leaf background to make the point that her story is reflecting our society back to us.

Projects

Rewilding femininity- Co creator of performative life drawing sessions exploring different themes and taboos around femininity. These included: beauty standards, menstruation, body image, contraception and ‘grotesque.’

Supporting Our Community, Hamilton - Organising and running an arts and crafts activity club for people living with dementia and their carers, 2025-26
